You'll hear me on The New 97.1 The River twice each weekday: from 5:30 to 8:30 am ... and again from 4 to 7 pm. I'm here to give you the most accurate, brief and timely traffic reports.

I've lived in Atlanta for a dozen years, so I know my way around ... and I'll help YOU find your way around any tie-ups you might encounter while you're cranking up our 52-minute commercial free music hours!

WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Though I was raised in Northwest Florida, with a father from New England and a mother who is Greek, I didn't have a typical Southern upbringing. The South is my home, however, and I love Atlanta!

WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT WORK?

Besides the traffic beat, my passion is beating a path through the North Georgia Mountains! I'm an avid hiker, and a Volunteer Outings Leader in my spare time. Along with physical fitness, my hobbies include creative writing and house plants.

ANY PETS?

I have two kitty cats, Scooby and Taxi (but don't go thinking I'm a crazy cat lady!).

FAVORITE MUSIC

My favorite Classic Hits Artists include Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, The Pretenders, David Bowie, Foreigner, Journey, Styx, and The Beatles! My first 45 was ELO's "Don't Bring Me Down."
