I listened to you through all the 96 Rock years (1982-1998) and all the Z93 years (1998-2004). I remember things like when you broadcast from your home in the late ‘80s after your foot operation, you broadcasting from the stadium in ’91 when the Braves went worst to first, through all the great interviews with rock artists you did over the years, the five-o’clock whistle…..so many great memories. You got me through many afternoons of long distance commuting in Atlanta traffic hell.
And the great thing about this is that The River has a such strong signal that I can easily pick it up where I live now (at Lake Oconee) and even all the way out in the boondocks where I work now days (Washington, GA). It’s great you are coming back - Welcome BAAACCCCkGood to hear you're back on the air. With any kind of strange luck I'll win ANOTHER trip with you. LOL Jane says hi.
